Tasks:

As an Area Sales Manager, your job is to work with our clients as a Workspace Sales Consultant and help them acquire the space that suits their needs. You are maximizing sales in your area by making an effort to acquire new customers and increase sales. You will:

  • Define and implement the sales strategy for your region and oversee the entire sales cycle from identifying opportunities to successfully closing deals
  • Generate leads and proactive sales by running them on your promotional and network events and activities
  • Build relationships with prospective business clients and brokers to help them maximize our value-added services and products
  • Maximize sales performance for your region and ensure that key KPIs are met and exceeded

Training:

  • Basic commercial training or a similar training

Experience:

  • Completed training in the above-mentioned areas
  • Several years of professional experience absolutely necessary (at least 5 years of professional experience)

Your profile:

We are looking for a born networker who has the natural ability to inspire potential customers. Someone who is passionate about advisory sales. Important requirements are:

  • Successfully completed basic training
  • Experienced customer advisor and advisor who can build and expand valuable long-term customer partnerships
  • Excellent team player and communicator with fluent English Hands-on solutions seller who takes a hands-on approach and is motivated to get results
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, both oral and written, is essential
  • other foreign languages are an advantage
  • Familiar handling of MS Office programs
  • Motivated personality with a flair for numbers

Salary budget: maximum CHF 80-85K. Bonus / commission comes out on top because of their performance.
